Job Title: Field Sales Consultant
Salary: £26,000 basic starting salary
Commission: Uncapped commission structure
Location: Wembley (100% field based)

Join our fantastic nationwide team of Field Sales professionals, who are dedicated to helping small and medium enterprises (SMEs) thrive in today’s competitive market. As a Field Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our clients by building and maintaining relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and generating leads.
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy making connections, are results focused and don’t give up easily. Supported by tech and ongoing training and development, the ideal candidate will relish in owning the region they are responsible for.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meeting with prospective and existing business customers across the UK – averaging about 50 knocks per day.
  • Establishing customer needs and identifying sales opportunities across multiple products, such as energy, telecommunications and insurance.
  • Acting as the customer’s key point of contact to secure their next business essential contract
  • Creating relationships and building rapport with our customers, giving them a world class service.
  • Working towards targets and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPI’s.
