FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE.

Location: Adelaide, South Australia
Amazing opportunity for a technology interested Field Sales Representative to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia.
The Field Sales Representative (FSR) is the overall Account Owner for their assigned customers and will ensure, through monitoring and assessing their customer’s needs, that all aligned resources collaborate to deliver an outstanding customer experience. The FSR is responsible for building key customer relationships and ensuring Braemac has extensive horizontal and vertical coverage within their assigned customer accounts.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years work experience as a Sales Professional/Account Manager in the electronic components industry.
  • Successful track record of developing new customers and increasing sales and profitability.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to produce and give presentations, develop and grow relationships.
  • Good attention to details.
  • Willing to travel within assigned territory, must possess a valid driver’s license and safe driving record

Responsibilities:

  • Creating the overall strategy for assigned and new accounts.
  • Managing the interface between the account and internal teams.
  • Defining opportunities and initiatives by assessing customers changing needs and constantly visiting regular and prospective.
  • Conducting regular account reviews, competitive landscape and provide business updates to management for both customer- and Braemac-based.
  • Creating account leverage across the breadth of the portfolio and looking at ways to expand the portfolio with prospective clients.
  • Negotiating price points with the Procurement Department to ensure the customer purchase order is won and in line with Braemac’s gross margin policy.
  • Provide quotations to customers for new orders and ensure the required terms and conditions of trade are adhered including review of the contracts.
  • Manage in conjunction with the Customer Service department the end-to-end process to ensure the customer receive the goods in line with the agreed signed quotation.
  • Manage the post-sale process to ensure the customers experience is in line with Braemac’s mission policy.
  • Review on a weekly and monthly basis actual sales and margins against budget and prepare an analysis for review with management.
  • Ensure business expenses such as travel and entertainment are in line with budgeted expenditure.
  • Other duties as assigned.
