Bruker Daltonics, a leading manufacturer of mass spectrometry instrumentation, software and accessories, has an immediate opening for a Field Service Administrator based in Milton, Ontario. The Service Administrator will coordinate day-to-day operations of customer service department reporting to the Regional Service Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accuracy of service dispatch calendar in Sales Force CRM, ensure timely case closure.
- Monitor Service Reports and ensure document completeness including attachment of electronic copy of signed customer acceptance documents in Sales Force.
- Communicate with customers to confirm assigned engineer and tentative schedule/plans and spare part delivery.
- Maintain local part depot and spare part shipping.
- Oversee part return process and all related documents.

- Minimum 5 years of experience with high volume scheduling/project management administration.
- Experience in Microsoft Office and SalesForce CRM.
- Excellent communication skills, French speaking preferred.
- Ability to effectively and professionally work under pressure, in a team-oriented environment, with frequent changes in deadlines and priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicated with a range of customers at varying levels of technical expertise.
- Ability to work with diverse teams; and skill sets to achieve greater levels of efficiency.
- Excellent team player who demonstrates leadership abilities.
- Ability to create and drive process improvement and influence teams to adopt new practices.
