HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Performs sophisticated, specialized tasks on Industrial Application Gas Turbines during Major Overhauling
• new installation & Trouble shooting.
• Repair or work on modification projects in accordance with Siemens Energy work procedures.
• Completes documents of all installations, inspections, maintenance repair work and failures Analysis.
• Performs sophisticated service calls and collaborate with customer personnel to provide quality service and
• feedback on problem evaluation and resolution.
• Capable of developing detailed outage plans.
• Capable of executing and supervision of Planned outages at Gas Turbine sites.
• Performs assessment of equipment condition and applies repair or improvement measures based on Siemens standards.
• Catalogue of corrective measures
• Participates in responding to semi-complex service calls.
• Capable of Trouble shooting & Root cause Analysis.
• Participate & Drive QEHS.
• Have an understanding of packaged and ancillary equipment.
• Work Safely and in alignment with the companies written operating instructions.
• To take part in product training programs to ensure continued role proficency and/or development.
• Experience to Handle multicultural teams required.
• Phenomenal Teammate & Capable of Training Juniors

WHAT YOU BRING

• We are looking for a degree level in I&C, Electrical, Electromechanical, or have vocational qualifications in electrical and/or controls systems in these cases with at least 7-9 years of related engineering experience or in a similar role.
• Controls lead engineer on SGT & MGT.
• Strong Background for rotating equipment with hands-on knowledge of Controls systems related Siemens Gas Turbine SGT 600,700,750,800 Service & New Installation.
• Proven understanding of Gas Turbines part of Oil & Gas Industries Siemens, RWG, GE
• You will have worked in an Instrumentation and Controls field, ideally on multiple controls platforms, including HMI systems and panel based electrical systems.
• Ability to mobilize at short notice for emergency situations as well being away from home for extended periods including weekends.
• Extensive travel will be required for this position 70% within domestic and international.
• Hold or be able to acquire offshore working certificates.
• Excellent and professional English interpersonal skills both written and oral. This includes the ability to hold difficult discussions with customers to protect company interests.
• Hold a valid passport and driving license.
• Have experience of using Virtual, RDS and tooling associated with the work is desired.
• Cross product knowledge and experience on SGT/TCP/AGT will be an added advantage.
• Experience on PSC7 / Advent / FT125 /T3000 control Systems is an advantage
• Can demonstrate experience on the below equipment:
• Industrial Gas Turbine SGT 400, SGT600, MGT700, MGT800.
• Unit start up Support
• Auxiliary & Lube oil systems.
• Compressor drivers
• Gearboxes.
• Final Tuning
• Rotating Equipment Field Alignment.
• Cold & Hot Commissioning for Services & New Units.
• Proven understanding on the following control systems will be an advantage Allen Bradley, T3000, Mark VI, ABB, HMI, CCC, S7, PCS7, SCAUT
• Experienced in MODs & Upgrade.
• Exposure on T3000 Controls system.
