We have over 23 technicians and/or technical support staff across Ontario, covering several major private and government customers. Our mission: to support our business partners by providing them with state-of-the-art, high-performance high-volume mail insertion equipment, as well as a wide range of software and inkjet printing solutions. Our service team ensures rigorous follow-up to guarantee continuous, uninterrupted production for our customers. Although our manufacturing headquarters are based in Danbury, Connecticut, we are a global company with customers and team members in more than 15 countries, including an extensive field service team of more than 1,000 specialized field service technicians.

On-site technicians ensure the operation of electromechanical equipment for major customers. They are also at the forefront of customer service and customer relations. On-site technicians perform preventive maintenance and repair if needed high-volume mail insertion systems.

  • Proactively plan and carry out preventive maintenance
  • Resolve problems reported by customers
  • Proactively monitor, plan and prioritize tasks to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Plan and carry out equipment upgrades and new installations
  • Manage a call queue to ensure that customers are contacted in accordance with established guidelines, and that incidents are qualitatively resolved in accordance with established guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

As a field-based mobile technician, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical equipment.
  • Good experience of working on electromechanical equipment.
  • Experience in building and improving customer relationships.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Must maintain reliable transportation to and from customer sites.
  • Ability to perform frequent lifting and/or moving of objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays and/or different shifts as required with minimal notice
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Desire to grow and contribute to the success of the local team.
