At our site in Sweden , we sell state-of-the-art process measurement technology for customers in the biopharmaceutical, chemical and brewery industry, as well as pipetting robots to automate liquid handling processes for the pharmaceutical and food industry through to cell and DNA research.

How you can make a difference:

  • Expert knowledge of Field Service Engineering for 1-2 product lines
  • Install and commission products
  • Train and technically advise our customers
  • Perform regular maintenance work
  • Repair services in the event of a fault
  • Respond to and coordinate centrally received customer e-mails and calls in good time
  • Perform independent time and resource planning within responsible area
  • Ensure competent resolution of technical challenges
  • Manage the effective flow of information both externally and internally
  • Investigate and independently assess customer complaints in an economic and sustainable manner and ensure timely, customer-oriented and technically sound feedback to customers
  • Support coaching and training of internal Professional Field Service Engineers
  • Provide user trainings at the customer’s site

That’s what you bring along:

  • Technical background in mechanics, electronics, software or mechatronics with appropriate education
  • Relevant experience from a similar field based position within MedTech, BioTech, the Aviation or Process industry or similar
  • Interest and experience in IT environments
  • Excellent communication skills in at least one Nordic language
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and in writing
  • Generally good IT skills
  • Valid driver’s license for car
  • Valid passport
  • Communication skills, ability to work across teams and manage relations well
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Work in a structured way and complete your tasks
  • Assume responsibility, service-oriented and result-driven
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Understanding of troubleshooting techniques and approaches
