Alecto Recruitment is working with a global materials handling company on the lookout for a motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join their team in the South London area.
This role involves the maintenance, servicing, and repair of their equipment while ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality technical support. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive top-tier service and support, fostering lasting relationships, and delivering exceptional problem-solving expertise.

• Service and Repairs: Perform all service, repair, warranty, and inspection tasks allocated daily, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers, delivering a customer-focused approach to all interactions.
• Technical Support: Respond to customer inquiries regarding technical aspects of products and services.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Investigate and resolve technical issues, including fault-finding and diagnostics of CANBUS and electrical systems.
• Skill Development: Continuously improve technical knowledge of products, services, and industry standards.
• Compliance: Adhere to company and legal standards, including health and safety practices, code of conduct, and other regulatory guidelines
