Right now we are looking for our future Field Service Engineer who will be located in the Jalisco region.
Your responsibilities and tasks:

The Service Technician covers the service execution (field service) in the different BU’s of the Division. He/she is responsible for executing the strategy of the area and provide a reliable country /cluster service execution. The company is seeking an experienced technical service engineer with experience-

  • Delivery of top-quality service execution in BU.
  • First point of customer contact for service execution
  • Execute maintenance works, planned service and breakdown service.
  • Execute and support installation, supervision, commissioning, maintenance and Training at site
  • Searches for solutions to the issues present at customer inside GEA world (BU, Factories)
  • Achieve set targets on service deliverables / KPIs / Service revenues.
  • Operate in partnership with service sales engineers, service technicians and other team members to identify “up-sell” and “cross-sell” opportunities to maximize revenue and improve overall customer experience.

Your profile and qualifications:

  • University degree in one of the main Engineering fields
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant Technical Service or Maintenance experience
  • Strong technical service and maintenance knowledge
  • Familiarity with GEA service offerings and local market requirements of different customer groups.
  • Excellent communicator, written and verbal
