Role Overview: As a Field Service Engineer (FSE) at Beneq, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and upgrading of ALD tools at our customers’ sites. Your work will primarily take place in laboratories or clean rooms across Europe, with occasional assignments in other regions of the world. Additionally, you will provide remote support to our customers as needed. This role involves extensive travel, with up to 150 days per year spent on customer sites. When not traveling, you will work from our Espoo office or remotely. You will be a part of our Life Cycle Services Team and report directly to the Field Service Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Installation and Commissioning: Perform on-site installation and commissioning of ALD tools at customer locations.
- Maintenance and Upgrades: Conduct regular maintenance visits and implement upgrade installations to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Remote Support: Provide various kinds of remote customer support to assist with troubleshooting and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel Requirements: Be prepared for extensive travel, up to 150 days per year, sometimes with short notice.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Life Cycle Services Team and communicate effectively with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
