FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER
Global engineering group is growing their Irish engineering team seeking a field service engineer who will have the potential to earn a generous package and progression opportunities!

Our client a global equipment manufacturer, is now looking for a field service engineer to cover mainly a regional territory & occasionally a nationwide territory as they grow their Irish engineering team. Manufacturing a wide range of packaging equipment, our client has well-established relationships with some of the largest food and beverage, life sciences and industrial manufacturers across the world. Delivering bespoke solutions with a focus on optimal design, quality and output, our client is a global leader in their industry and are now seeking a field service engineer to join their immensely successful team.
Responsibilities:
ROLE:
The successful Field Service Engineer will be covering mainly a regional territory, with nationwide travel being required from time to time, will be responsible for:
- Service, and repair of our client’s wide range of production line equipment, both electrically and mechanically.
- Overhaul, upgrade and modification to equipment when required.
- Client visits to manufacturing sites, liaising with clients on needs and additional product requirements.
We are looking to speak to experienced candidates who have been exposed to a similar field-based service role. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded engineer who has practical electro-mechanical experience. Creating a great opportunity to build on your experience.
- Strong engineering background is required e.g. qualification/trade-in electrical, mechatronics, mechanical, agri mechanic etc.
- Previous experience in a field-based role is advantageous.
- Experience with similar production line equipment is desired.
- Full driver’s license is needed.
- Standard Working Hours: 8:30 - 17:3
