JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team, based in the Brussels area. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of high-tech laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal operation and customer satisfaction for our complete range of analysers and systems.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair high-tech laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to manufacturer specifications.
Maximise customer satisfaction by providing excellent service across the entire range of Diagnostics’ systems, analysers, and component products.
Ensure the reliable operation of assigned systems and analysers within one or more product lines.
Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
