LOCATION/SPECIFIC INFORMATION:
We are seeking a candidate based remotely in Atlantic Canada, with a preference for Moncton NB, Halifax NS, or Charlottetown PEI. Daily travel within Atlantic Canada is required, with up to 20% out-of-area travel for training or emergency coverage.
EDUCATION:
- Certificate, diploma, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physical science, electronics, or equivalent education
EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years’ experience and/or knowledge of Chromatography Instruments (IC and LC)
- Basic bench chemistry experience preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to work independently diagnosing and solving problems with service manuals and other user documentation
- Strong customer service skills in a customer-first environment
- Confirmed interpersonal/time leadership skills and ability to prioritize multiple priorities and administrative responsibilities independently
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. with assistance and carry 25-30 lbs. continuously throughout the day
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
