THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

• Field service experience essential (travel throughout Ireland required)
• Experience in an electronic/mechanical/electrical/engineering industry. Preferably this experience is from the production/processing environment
• Experience in any of the coding and marking technologies, Laser, Inkjet, CIJ, TTO, LPA and LCM is nice to have but not essential
• Computer literate, Excel, Teams, Outlook, mobile devices
• Clean driving licence

• Install and commission new Videojet solutions
• Maintain and Service our customers’ installed base of Videojet equipment
• Work closely with sales to support Videojet trials and demonstrations
• Maintain and grow customer relationships through excellent customer service and communication.
• Proficient use of service IT systems to accurately record and report information
• Support Regional Revenue targets by promoting service contracts and additional services to customers
