As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the technical backbone of our Life Science business. Your role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive the highest quality service and support. Here’s a glimpse of your exciting responsibilities:

• Installation & Commissioning: Expertly install and commission instrumentation, predominately lab water purification systems at various client sites, ensuring optimal performance from day one.
• Maintenance & Servicing: Perform regular maintenance and servicing to keep systems running smoothly, preventing downtime, and ensuring reliability.
• Repairs: Diagnose and repair any issues with precision and speed, minimizing disruptions for our clients
• Validation: Validate and calibrate equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional support and training to customers, empowering them to utilise our systems to their full potential.
• Travel: Enjoy a dynamic role with frequent travel to diverse locations, offering new challenges and experiences every day.
