We are currently seeking a Field Service Representative who will be responsible for the repair, installation, and maintenance of Beckman Coulter equipment at customer sites.

THE REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB INCLUDE:

• Technical diploma in Biomedical, Electronics, or related field with a minimum of 1-year of relatable experience (field service or hands on engineering experience preferred).

TRAVEL, MOTOR VEHICLE RECORD & PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to travel – 50- 70% travel, overnight, within territory (Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic provinces)
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 22.7kg, any other physical requirements

IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU ALSO POSSESS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN:

• Bilingual French and English, written and spoken.
• Experience with flow cytometry, particle characterization and/ or centrifugation
• Computer literacy (especially Excel, Oracle, Sales Force, and/or Pro Service).

  The salary range for this role is $73,000.00 to $77,000.00 CAD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
  This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

• Customer satisfaction in all aspects of the job - increased throughput, decreased downtime, regular preventive maintenance, regular upgrades as deemed by the Beckman Coulter technical staff.
• Driving a sense of urgency to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and with an emphasis on a “first time fix.”
• Accountability around daily management and monthly KPI’s.
