Field Service Engineer

BENEFITS SUMMARY:

• Basic $3000 - $3500 + Standby Allowance $300 + OT

• Plan; organize; implementing and evaluating activities for maintenance and service tasks in accord together with direct manager
• Supervise and/or perform all scheduled duties for maintenance and services
• Perform all BU maintenance and service orders required
• Capable of operating under more critical circumstances under emergency circumstances
• Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning support
• Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs
• Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location
• Provide on-site training to the customers
• Interface with cross functional work teams such as design engineer, order management, product management, assembly and sales
• Develop Service technical documentation
• Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database
• Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions
• Conduct QA check/test on all products. Test schedules according to certificates.
• Participate in the review of related corrective actions.
• Support and perform internal and external quality assurance tasks when required
