We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our Building Automationteam in Singapore. Reporting to the Senior Field Service Supervisor, your focus will be supporting the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • The role is designed to oversee both service and project responsibilities, ensuring the seamless delivery of Honeywell’s offerings to customer sites while aligning with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for revenue and margin goals.
  • The incumbent will play a key role in servicing customer locations by upholding contractual obligations and key performance indicators (KPIs), aimed at maximizing client satisfaction and minimizing downtime through exceptional support.
  • The position necessitates effective management of the technical team and sub-contractors to guarantee high-quality service delivery to Honeywell’s clients. Responsibilities include workload management, process improvements, and ensuring thorough verification of works.
  • The role requires liaising with clients, addressing escalations, and overseeing financial forecasting and job control, including variations administration and associated invoicing/project progress claims.
  • The successful candidate will establish and maintain project schedules by interpreting project plans and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing elements accordingly.
  • The role involves managing project plans by reviewing design specifications, implementing necessary changes, and recommending corrective actions as needed.
