Description:

KEY EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES:

  • Degree in an engineering discipline; Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • 10+ years of technical experience in the industry; BMS or electronic security specialty preferred
  • Exceptional staff management and process improvement skills
  • Experience working on commercial maintenance contracts
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and improve delivered financial results from implemented estimates
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and passionate in building strong relationships
  • Effective communication - both verbal and written and negotiation skills
  • Experience with direct customer contact
  • People leader, proven track record in delivering contract obligations
  • Technical and financial acumen

Responsibilities:

  • Own the commercial contracts and SPOT revenues
  • Lead the commercial service teams to deliver service offerings (HVAC, BMS, e-Security, CCTV and Controls) effectively and efficiently to existing and new customers
  • Achieve Annual Operating plan
  • Work with Sales to drive revenue and identify opportunity and booking revenue for SPOT and service contracts
  • Effective and efficient resource management and people utilization
  • Driving future direction by driving training programs to enhance engineers and technicians’ level of competence
  • Manage day to day operations, including customer concerns, corrective actions ensuring satisfactory completions
  • Understand customer needs and formulate technical solutions based on Honeywell offerings
  • Responsible of forecasting, cost management, scheduling and reporting
  • Identify and challenge latent defects while managing clients and building strong relationship
  • Drive Honeywell Safety culture and drive culture of sustainability and compliance within the team
