JOB SUMMARY

EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience as an Field Service Manager or similar role in the HVAC/R industry.
- Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and project management principles.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling: Create schedules for service assignments, taking into account the skills needed to complete each job
- Assigning tasks: Assign work orders to team members and monitor their progress
- Training: Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees are following protocols and policies
- Performance evaluation: Monitor the performance of employees and provide feedback
- Customer service: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and resolve complaints
- Administrative tasks: Manage budgets, inventory, reporting, and invoicing
- Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with industry standards and regulations
- Research: Research new technologies and procedures to improve service delivery Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall business performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
