JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure that our business runs efficiently and effectively. EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as an Field Service Manager or similar role in the HVAC/R industry.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and project management principles.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.

    Pay: $100,000.00-$125,000.00 per year

Experience:

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and scheduling: Create schedules for service assignments, taking into account the skills needed to complete each job
  • Assigning tasks: Assign work orders to team members and monitor their progress
  • Training: Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees are following protocols and policies
  • Performance evaluation: Monitor the performance of employees and provide feedback
  • Customer service: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and resolve complaints
  • Administrative tasks: Manage budgets, inventory, reporting, and invoicing
  • Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with industry standards and regulations
  • Research: Research new technologies and procedures to improve service delivery Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize productivity.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall business performance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
