QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Day-2 project management, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of demountable walls systems, maintenance procedures, and

troubleshooting techniques.

  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline

management.

  • Effective problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding Day-2 project

Responsibilities:

The Service Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all Day-2 project activities, including
maintenance, modifications, and optimizations of demountable wall systems. This role involves
managing client relationships, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring that all service is
performed to the Muraflex highest standards. The ideal candidate has a customer-focused

mindset, technical expertise and strong project management skills.

  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding Day-2 projects

inquiries, issues, or modifications. Diagnose and resolve issues related to installed
demountable walls, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations. Focus on delivering

high-quality service to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Project Management:
  • Define the scope and objectives of Day-2 projects, such as modifications, repairs or

    reconfigurations.

  • Financially assess the impact of the Day-2 requests.

  • Allocate resources effectively for the projects, including materials and installers.
  • Develop and adhere to timelines for Day-2 projects, ensuring timely completion of

    tasks.

  • Address any issues or challenges that arise during Day-2 projects, coordinating with

    relevant teams to find effective solutions.

  • Manage preventive maintenance agreement to ensure the longevity and

    performance of installed systems.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all maintenance, repairs,

modifications, and client interactions. Prepare regular reports on Day-2 project status,

issues, and resolutions for internal stakeholders and clients.

  • Cost Control: Prepare and present pricing for change orders, ensuring accuracy in cost

estimation. Manage the process of change orders, ensuring all changes in project scope are
documented and approved by clients. Ensure all change orders are executed within budget
and timeline constraints. Negotiate and implement cost-saving measures without
compromising on quality or timelines. Coordinate with the finance department to ensure

timely and accurate invoicing.

  • Continuous Improvement: Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for

improvement in both products and services and communicate them internally to all
concerned departments. Implement process improvements based on lessons learned from
Day-2 projects to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
