ABOUT THE ROLE

This position is for a Field Service Technician, performing troubleshooting and repair works under service agreement/warranty.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for:

• Perform troubleshooting and give recommendations for repairs for Fan Coil Units (FCU), Air Handling Units (AHU) and Split Units under service agreement/warranty
• Perform recommended repairs for the Fan Coil Units (FCU), Air Handling Units (AHU) and Split Units under service agreement/warranty
• Liaise with customer technicians on maintenance/repair schedule.
• Work closely with subcontractors to perform repair works
• Perform 24/7 standby duty (rostered) for airside unit complaint and breakdown
• Ensure safety procedures and conduct during service or repairs.
• Perform monthly routine service for Fan Coil Units (FCU), Air Handling Units (AHU) and Split Units under service agreement whenever assigned by supervisor.
