Description:

Are you hands-on and technically inclined? As a Road Service Technician, you will conduct maintenance checks and diagnose repairs for lift trucks (fork lifts) and carousels directly at customer sites! Join this dynamic team who prides themselves at enhancing customer productivity and the opportunity to work independently!
LOCATION - Mississauga, Etobicoke, Brampton

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience as a Mechanical Technician or related field.
  • Automotive/Truck Certification (310T/310S) or Heavy Duty Technician Certification (421A) *not mandatory
  • ICE-IE-P Industrial Equipment Propane Certification is an asset.
  • Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in battery and engine-powered material handling equipment.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, measuring devices, and electrical/electronic diagnostic tools.
  • Strong understanding of Lock-out/Tag-out procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service focus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot defective mechanical or electrical parts and perform repairs efficiently/effectively
  • Preventive maintenance
  • Diagnose issues and order necessary parts according to technical manuals.
  • Document and analyze breakdowns following established procedures.
  • Serve as the primary contact between our company and customers, balancing technical expertise with strong client interaction + superior customer service
