Field Service Technician

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Field Service Technician to provide on-site maintenance and repairs for our customers’ equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented approach to delivering service. $1000.00 Sign On Bonus after 90 days of continuous employment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree is a plus
• Proven experience in a similar field service role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Customer service-oriented with good communication abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer locations to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations
• Diagnose equipment issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently
• Document service activities, including parts used and work performed
• Provide technical support and training to customers as needed
• Collaborate with the service team to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Physical Requirements:

• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work occasional weekends or evenings
• Flexibility to travel within assigned territory
• Commitment to safety protocols and guidelines
