Description:
The role will involve installing and ongoing maintenance of Xerox Production equipment at customer sites in order to meet customer requirements and SLA targets. This includes installation and support of related front ends, e.g. Freeflow and EFI print controllers (and associated software). The person will strive to achieve a targeted level of service performance across the given product range working within the PSG engineer teams working in Ireland. this role may involve travel for training and work purposes.
