Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team in Mississauga, Canada. As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing essential service and maintenance to our customers’ industrial equipment and systems.
This position offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment, while working on install, service, repair, and commission of industrial equipment, including actuators and associated systems, at customer sites.
While this role will produce detailed and accurate site visit reports for each job in a timely manner and collaborating with the service team to resolve complex technical issues, there will also be an extensive travel within the region, including overnight stays when necessary.
Qualifications

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering)
• Proven experience in a practical engineering environment, preferably in field service
• Strong technical knowledge of valves, actuators, and digital control systems
• Solid understanding of electronics, electrical systems, and fluid power theories
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
• Experience with common test and calibration tools
