Field Service Technician

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum ITE graduate, preferably Electrical field
Entry level candidates will be considered
Good verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, meticulous, committed, highly motivated and team player
Able to work independently
Able to work on weekend/ overtime if required, over time rate to be discussed

Conduct on-site installation and commission of PD, DTS and DVM equipment
Conduct schedule maintenance support of the PD, DTS and DVM equipment
Conduct technical training on operation, set-up and maintenance of equipment at site
Perform trouble shooting on equipment, Able to read Electrical Line Diagram, & do electrical panel
wiring
Provide after sales technical field service of equipment
Building good rapport and customer relationship
Assess customer’s needs and suggest appropriate equipment and response to customer enquiries.
Product Training shall be provided in Singapore and overseas.
