The Field Service Technician is responsible for inspecting and repairing instruments. This role needs someone who can work independently, communicate well, and analyze situations. The Field Service Technician also provides technical support to call center and internal teams. The Field Service Technician performs on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs on Topcon’s eye care equipment and examination lanes. Written communication skills, such as making estimates and follow-ups within internal protocols, are important.
