As a Field Service Technician V, you will be regarded as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and will use your skills and expertise to perform a variety of maintenance and technical support on our products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations. You’ll be responsible for installing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and modifying our products and updating and tracking the status of all field related equipment. You’ll build and maintain effective relationships with our customers and provide them with onsite training.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to SNC customers in order to give quick problem assessment and corrections for field units.
- Responsible for documenting all customer interactions and must implement and/or support implementation for hardware, software, or training issue changes according to approved SNC instructions.
- Punctuality to work each day and prepared to work scheduled hours. Other duties as assigned.
- Travel to remove locations worldwide with relatively short notice.
- Perform assigned maintenance task with minimal to no supervisory guidance/oversight.
- Follow guidance of shift lead supervisor for daily taskings/expectorations/priorities.
