As our Field Services Engineer, reporting to the Product Lead End User Technologies, you will support the Star Entertainment business through the flawless execution of specialised I.T Field Service Engineer tasks.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will provide timely and efficient I.T service resolution for supported equipment as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Configuration of I.T equipment
  • Re‐imaging of I.T equipment as required.
  • Provide guidance and support to our end users as well as other Field Services Team Members
  • Deployment of new and replacement I.T equipment
