Responsibilities:
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality? We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Supervisor to join our team. In this pivotal role, your leadership is at the heart of our operations, you will lead and supervise a team of multi-skilled employees engaged in field-based activities, primarily focused on our network operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Attend to and resolve or coordinate the resolution of customer complaints
- Undertake relevant audits and inspections, and check and/or complete compliance-based documentation
- Planning packages of live work tasks to issue to internal and contract crews to undertake.
- Validating defects in field and providing recommended rectifications
Monitoring site safety of internal and contract crewsUpdating and/or providing accurate data to update ERP systems such as SAP, GIS etc
