We are currently expanding our footprint and require an experienced Field Supervisor.

• Having day-to-day responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating standards of care provided in the community
• Conducting spot checks ensuring that the client receives the appropriate care package; report any are of concern to the Branch Manager/care coordinator
• Ensuring new and junior staff are assessed as competent before undertaking (enhanced) roles
• Ensuring own knowledge, skills and expertise is up to date
• Participating in the ON CALL rota and stepping in as senior care worker if necessary
• Conducting client satisfaction questionnaires
• Ensuring PPE and Care folders are in customers’ homes
