About the Role
Service Stream’s Utilities division are currently seeking a Field Supervisor to lead a team of qualified electricians performing meter installations.
This role is paramount to the success of our meter installation operations and offers the right candidate a busy and exciting role where no two days are the same.
Nature of position: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Regency Park, SA
Reporting line: Field Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of field-based meter technicians comprising employees and subcontractors.
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with both safety and quality standards.
- Conduct a mixture of live and post audits
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Solve operational issues and liaise directly with the client to deal with any escalations.
- Motivate and encourage the team.
- Co-ordinate and assist in the training and ongoing development of all staff and subcontractors.
- Work with the back of house team to ensure work is scheduled accurately and appropriately.
About You
To be successful in this position you would have the following qualifications:
- Full Electrical License.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR and LVR
- Previous experience in meter replacement works (CT metering experience desirable).
- Proven client management skills.
- Excellent leadership capabilities with the ability to get the best out of a workforce.
