Description:
DESCRIPTION
The Field Supervisor ensures the safe and efficient parking of guest vehicles while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations. This position is responsible for responding quickly to customers’ requests and providing caring interactions with all guests at their assigned location. The Field Supervisor works closely with fellow team members, Operations Manager, and/or peer Shift Supervisor to ensure that quality and safety standards are met at all times as well as adhering to local laws.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE
- Bilingual considered an asset (French/English).
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Scheduling experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service oriented with a knack for enhancing the customer experience.
- Pleasant and energetic personality.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Citrix based applications.
- Hands on working knowledge of parking equipment and related software.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Able to work and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in an ever changing environment.

Responsibilities:
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Provide positive customer service experiences for all Impark customers and clients
- Ensure location is operated and maintained to Impark’s company standards
- Assist customers with parking options
- Process refunds
- Provide information to customers on long term parking options
- Process cash transactions and deposits
- Daily site inspections and equipment checks
- Correspondence and communication with all company departments as needed.
- Reporting and requesting of equipment servicing/repairs via Onecall.
- Work outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions.
- Manage site staff
- Other duties as assigned by manager
- Wear assigned uniform
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be mobile and able to cover the entire site
- Must be able to work outdoors through inclement conditions
