Position Overview
The Field Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for supporting the field supply chain programs. This position would do this by assisting in communication to shops and internal/external partners. Responsibilities of the role include organizing shops’ Grand Opening orders, ongoing product and distribution needs, and more.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)

Support Grand Openings with Product Distribution:

  • Review and submit Grand Opening orders to internal and external partners
  • Communicate with appropriate internal and external parties at key dates based on the Grand Opening schedule
  • Determine shop needs for additional storage and build plans through direct communication with vendors
  • Assist in determining need and coordinating additional temporary refrigeration storage for openings
  • Compile consistent themes of feedback based on field check ins, inform pertinent parties and adjust future execution accordingly
  • Provide regular insights and suggestions to refine the grand opening process to support the company as it scales and enters new markets
  • Participate in new operator trainings and review of training materials

Support to the Field with Ongoing Supply Chain Needs:

  • Be a liaison between distribution, Operator/Franchisee and internal Supply Chain team for shop specific communication
  • Review shops ongoing ordering habits for accuracy to the system in place
  • Assist in reviewing and coordinating when changes are needed for a shop’s delivery frequency or schedule
  • Support field leadership with questions and issues related to use of portal order guide
  • Provide feedback and ideas to help identify and improve inefficiencies in current processes
  • Review training materials and tools associated with ordering and distribution relationships and provide recommendations for updates

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a related administrative role, required
  • Ability to work well in cross-functional environment
  • Experience in a related administrative role, required
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Strategic and fast-paced thinker who quickly establishes and maintains credibility and trust
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, required

Location Requirement:
This position is required to be in Phoenix, Arizona and required 4 days/week in office.
