Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Racking and Patching in DataCenter context.
  • Physical validations of equipment alarms.
  • Validation and consultation of information on device consoles.
  • Interaction and communication with technicians and clients, in person or remotely.
  • Accreditation and monitoring of technicians and clientes at the facilities.
  • Support technicians in the analysis/triage of equipment failures.
  • Inventory of assets manged in DataCenter.
  • Report services risks and non-conformities.
