Responsibilities:
- Equipment Racking and Patching in DataCenter context.
- Physical validations of equipment alarms.
- Validation and consultation of information on device consoles.
- Interaction and communication with technicians and clients, in person or remotely.
- Accreditation and monitoring of technicians and clientes at the facilities.
- Support technicians in the analysis/triage of equipment failures.
- Inventory of assets manged in DataCenter.
- Report services risks and non-conformities.
