Field Support Technician

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Support Technician to provide essential support to our Security Engineers and Electricans. We specialise in the installation of CCTV, Alarm Systems, Electric Gates and Fire Alarms
This role involves assisting with technical tasks, organising tools and materials, and ensuring efficient project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for technology, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to adapt to both residential and commercial environments. Responsibilities: Assist engineers and electricians with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems and wiring systems. Organise and manage tools, materials, and inventory for daily operations. Provide hands-on technical support to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
Communicate effectively with clients to address questions and provide updates. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a professional work environment. Requirements: Basic technical knowledge; prior experience with security systems or related equipment is a plus. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Physical capability to handle tools, equipment, and occasional lifting.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work in diverse settings and adapt to varying schedules.
Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in first aid, safety, or technical equipment handling (advantageous but not mandatory).
Experience in residential or commercial work environments.
Language proficiency or relevant software knowledge is a bonus.
