About the role:
The Field Talent Acquisitions Specialist is responsible for business partnering with the business to create and ensure end to end exceptional candidate to employee experience. This role will provide expert strategic and pragmatic recruitment and selection advice to a range of stakeholders across our operations and front-line business to ensure consistent and fair adoption of Amplifon’s recruitment and selection practices.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Operations
- Manage end to end recruitment process across multiple key employee groups including Audiologists, Interns and OSTA’s.
- This includes high levels of strategic sourcing, headhunting to actively develop a passive pipeline, writing and posting job advertisements, managing applicant queries, phone screening, shortlisting, scheduling and conducting interviews and psychometric testing (if applicable), background checks, workrights checks,
- Ensure all recruitment process requirements are met for all recruitment assignments including the tracking of all roles and applications via an online recruitment management system (Oracle)
- Develop, implement and continuously update the Talent Acquisition Policy & Processes Manual
- Be the SuperUser for Oracle and manage the online candidate database proficiently and accurately and conduct system training to new HR team members
- Responsible for generating, collating and analysing recruitment data from multiple sources i.e. Oracle, to support HR Dashboard reporting for Senior Management meetings
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and strategies across talent acquisition
Talent Acquisition Business Partnering
- Provide specialist advice to Hiring Managers on best practice for sourcing and attracting candidates across multiple key employee groups including Audiologists, Client Service Office, Field Management and Professional
- Continuously educating the Hiring Managers to adhere to Amplifon’s recruitment and selection policies to meet the needs of a centralised recruitment service
- Understand the regional and country complexities that can exist and help managers understand the talent market
- Drive the hiring process; actively engage with managers, provide ongoing status of requisitions, advise and influence managers throughout the hiring process, and close requisitions in a timely manner
Employer Branding Strategy
- Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to recommend and implement Talent sourcing and EVP strategies across a variety of channels that effectively deliver a quick turnaround and drive brand awareness
- Manager passive candidate research and attraction through social media, networking, referrals and headhunting
- Participate and contribute to the revamping Amplifon’s Career Site and other social media channels (for careers)
- Support in developing and maintaining Universities relationships, organising career events and participating in career fairs
- Assist with the design and implementation of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that positions Amplifon Group as an employer of choice
- Contribute to the improvement initiatives for Amplifon’s Onboarding and Induction programs
- Contribute as a Lead or Support in upcoming Talent programs i.e. Referral Programs, campaign recruitment activities etc
