ABOUT THE ROLE

Rubicon Water, a leading water management solutions provider, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Technician to join our team in Shepparton, Australia. As a Field Technician, you will play a vital role in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all technical aspects of the Rubicon range of products. You will support the team to implement activities associated with project execution and delivery, as well as supporting customer needs post project completion. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills to coordinate input from Project Managers and Technical Services team members.
Training will be provided to the successful candidate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Have an in-depth knowledge of Rubicon Products and services
Conduct on-site installations and commissioning of Rubicon products
Collaboration with other teams to develop and implement system modifications and upgrades
Provide exceptional customer service and customer support for queries, faults, repairs, and maintenance
