And your colleagues will be there to motivate and inspire you every step of the way.Amplifon New Zealand is looking for a Field Trainer to join our #makemorepossible team!Reporting to Retail Excellence Training Manager, this role will continuously support the development of all Amplifon clinic staff through coaching and structured training programs, with the mission of strengthening their capabilities, to ensure the best client experience and audiological services.Key responsibilities:
- Translate business performance and needs into training needs, having the opportunity to co-design and develop training programmes accordingly and enable the implementation of corporate projects.
- Implement training programmes ensuring the development of the right competencies and mindsets of clinic staff, to enable them to unleash their talent and achieve business results
- Leverage audiological and/or customer experience knowledge, to act as a coach and role model
- Support new staff members in their onboarding to ensure they have the basic competencies and knowledge to perform their job
- Partner with Area Managers to tailor specific action plans to boost the performance of existing staff\Develop strong relationships and keep a two-way communication flow with Area Managers to drive coaching effectiveness
- Contribute to the Global Training community by co-developing, delivering and tracking training initiatives as well as engaging in community meetings and completing all required training
- Use a variety of training methodologies: virtual coaching, classroom, on-the-job coaching and online training to maximize reach and efficiency of training
- Review and update training resources regularly to ensure relevance and meaningfulness
- Review and update own knowledge and experience to maintain and improve quality of information being taught
- Utilise Amplifon’s LMS to support and track training initiatives
- Use reporting platforms to evaluate training outcomes
- Provide support in using Amplifon’s client management systems & guide clinic staff in their understanding of the product portfolio with the aim of improving clients’ hearing with the best solution for their specific situations
- Responsible for new graduate development, supervisor development
- Be the functional expert within the training team for the specialist portfolio.
- Chair working group meetings or other meetings on this topic where relevant.
- Prepare and or review changes to process related to this topic.
- Deliver ‘train the trainer’ and other training sessions nationally when required as they relate to the identified topic.
Responsibilities:
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL NEED:
- Training experience, especially in 1:1 coaching, and track record of improving individual’s KPIs through training and coaching Proven record of working well in a team
- Ability to drive and travel nationally for in person coaching
- Performance-oriented with the aim to provide effective initiatives to maximize in-store capabilities;
- Data-driven to translate business KPIs and priorities into training needs and comfortable with
- analytics to measure training impact on business;
- Agility to work and communicate with different stakeholders
- Ability to acquire and enhance skills in Audiology and training
- Confidence in creating, presenting and facilitating training material in small and large groups
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
- Efficient in all Microsoft office software
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills with a talent for providing constructive feedback
- Experience in working within local and global contexts with both direct and functional leadership
