We are looking for a field service trainer to support our NN/DACH team. This position has the option to work from home .

The field service trainer has the task of training franchisees and their teams when opening new restaurants and training branch managers or employees.
In addition, the field trainer will train new employees of the company in restaurant training and support the operations team in certification of training restaurants.
Last but not least, the field sales trainer will conduct training for the introduction of new marketing activities. The Field Trainer will work closely with the Manager Franchise Performance Team to identify, plan and deliver training at restaurants in the territories.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Guest/customer orientation
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent coaching/consulting and training skills
• Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and ideally project management software
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Excellent leadership, communication, influencing and presentation skills
• Flexibility and enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of education.
• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable field.
• Technical knowledge: Software (Microsoft Office Suite programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Language requirements: Fluent in German/English/Dutch - any other language is an advantage.
• This position requires travel within the applicable area.

Darüber hinaus wird der Außendienst Trainer neue Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens in der Schulung von Restaurants schulen und das Operations-Team bei der Zertifizierung von Schulungsrestaurants unterstützen.
Nicht zuletzt wird der Außendienst Trainer Schulungen für die Einführung neuer Marketingaktivitäten durchführen. Der Außendienst Trainer wird eng mit dem Manager Franchise Performance Team zusammenarbeiten, um Schulungen in Restaurants in den Gebieten zu identifizieren, zu planen und durchzuführen.

• Training for new restaurant openings/branch managers and retraining/coaching of employees.

• Assist operations team in certifying training stores.
