This is a South Island based field role which can be based in either Dunedin or Nelson & the ability to travel is essential.

You will create a world-class customer experience that drive store performance by executing and elevating the visual brief, and coaching our store team on best practice vm principals

  • Deliver the monthly visual directive, support execute vm event set-ups and new store openings
  • Collaborate and partner across key business functions to problem solve issues and improve experiences for the team and our customer
  • Train and coach store teams to deliver store presentation within the vm framework
  • Assess store needs and use your judgement to make locally-relevant decisions that maximise sale
