About the job
Join our dynamic team as a Field Sales Representative Pharmacy! You’ll be part of a vibrant group of 9 pharmacy representatives, each supporting a unique portfolio of 500 customers. Your role will involve managing a diverse range of customers, including independent pharmacists, chains, and parapharmacies in your region.
In this position, you’ll report to the National Field Sales Manager Pharma, who in turn reports to the Head of Sales Specialized Nutrition.
Key Expectations:
- Create Awareness: Deliver high-quality training to pharmacy staff (Pharmacists and Assistant Pharmacists).
- Engage & Influence: Align every pharmacy with our commercial strategy to win in-store preference and market share.
- Ensure Excellence: Execute our brands in-store according to our PICOS design.
Your Responsibilities:
- Territory Business Plan: Design and deploy yearly plans, translating national strategies into local actions.
- Customer Management: Set commercial objectives, visit customers, generate brand preference, handle requirements, and follow up on agreements.
- Nutricia Category Management: Implement shelving, use POS material, manage stock, and select products based on campaigns.
- Training: Provide product and medical training tailored to the pharmacy’s patient group.
- Commercial Policy Implementation: Negotiate with pharmacists and local buyers.
- Internal Projects: Collaborate across departments, including Supply Chain and Marketing.
About you
You hold a degree in Business Management or Healthcare (Nutrition, Pharmacy, Dietetics, etc.) and have experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
To thrive in this role, you:
- Have an excellent knowledge of French and good level of English (Dutch is an asset)
- Possess strong analytical, selling, and negotiation skills.
- Are enthusiastic, driven, and motivated to go the extra mile.
- Have excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Are entrepreneurial, able to work autonomously, and bring creative solutions.
