Preferable: Previous experience in door to door surveys or property inspections in the municipal environment

Responsibilities:

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Fieldwork Administrator will be responsible to support the on-site administrative staff and the fieldwork coordinator with planning and administration relating to the door to door survey.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF ROLE:

  • Fieldwork Administrator to prepare the necessary information, worksheets and documents required by the fieldwork coordinator
  • Arrange and plan visits to gated developments
  • Liaise with the representatives at Body Corporates, HomeOwners Associations and officials at the client
  • Interaction with property owners/tenants/occupants/public
  • Reconciliation of survey information collected against billing system information
