    Reporting to the Senior Project Engineer, we currently have an opportunity for a Project Engineer to join our project team working on a large infrastructure project in remote NSW. The scope of works includes the construction of underground Concrete structures and associated civil works working on a 2/1 FIFO roster from Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

As the Project Engineer, you will be accountable for:

  • Interpret specifications, draft and maintain drawings and plans, construction methods and procedures
  • Comprehensive understand the scope of work, specifications, work plans and drawings and advise on best engineering solutions to meet project needs and budget
  • Create work programs for allocated work packages
  • Manage in conjunction with the wider team, the scope of work, equipment and materials, and ensure compliance
  • Identify variations in work packages and submit list for review
  • Ensure the requirements of the quality management plan are effectively implemented to meet project requirements
  • Ensure familiarity of team members with the quality assurance manual, procedures, ITPs, test methods & reporting requirements
  • Prepare and review internal ITPs, forms & checklists for approval by Client
