Job Summary
A File Clerk is responsible for maintaining and organizing all physical and digital records. File clerks create and organize filing systems to ensure all records are maintained in an orderly and secure manner. Additionally, ensure all records are stored securely and retrieved in a timely and accurate manner.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience in a file clerk role.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to follow instructions.
Physical Demands
- Ability to bend to pick up and lift boxes up to 20 pounds.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintain filing systems and organize documents.
- Scan and file documents as needed.
- Locate and retrieve files as requested.
- Ensure all records are properly labeled and stored.
- Maintain a log of all incoming and outgoing files.
- Monitor and update filing systems to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.
- Monitor and replenish supplies as needed.
- Create digital copies of documents as needed.
- Respond to requests for information from other departments and clients.
- Maintain satisfactory attendance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
