JOB DESCRIPTION
U.S. Bank has a great opportunity to join the File Management team at our Oshkosh, WI location! In this role you would gather and review incoming loan documents within designated timeframes while coordinating the preparation of loan/lease packages in compliance with policies and procedures. The File Management Specialist will be responsible for scanning and digitizing files while following procedures for the safekeeping of physical copies. This individual will respond to questions, resolve issues and obtain any additional documents needed to complete the file by communicating with staff, customers, realtors, and brokers. Ensuring compliance by following internal policies, regulatory and investor requirements and customer service standards are critical. The File Management team may also coordinate the closing and funding of assigned loan packages; calculating final closing costs and disbursing funds.
