Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

The File Clerk II is a production based position and responsible for the following:
DMC: Handles the duties of a File Clerk I, but is also responsible for repossession refiles, coordinating the delivery of release work daily.
Mail Room: Handles all of the duties of a File Clerk I, but also processes any checks received, exception handling, and any research.
Notary (Release and Repossessions): Responsible for the notarization of required documents. Must create and maintain monthly notary logs.
Release: Responsible for copying and matching documents required by the client for audit purposes.

Responsibilities:

  • Process work as assigned.
  • Work within AS400 system to complete tasks.
  • May require standing for long periods
  • Operate light machinery (Mail Room and Fed Ex)
  • Notify supervisor of exception issues
  • Assist others as necessary.
