Description:
The Technical Support DP (Drug Product) team in Hillerød is a fast-growing team of highly skilled and experienced employees. We are endeavoring to ready our Hillerød Site for full aseptic filling capability.
Join us as we introduce and implement a complete filling line. In 3-6 month, the system will be in production, and we offer a great opportunity to be part of the journey.
We will be providing you with the opportunity to leave your mark on the process and help ensure world class availability and reliability for our state-of-the-art filling line, complete with isolator, formulation, automated inspection, autoclave, and glasswasher.
About the position
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with working knowledge of aseptic production (ASP) and filling lines and knowledge of GMP. You will - together with the team - be responsible for starting up the equipment and create maintenance programs, as we get closer to the date for starting operation.
Your primary tasks will, among others, be:
- Troubleshooting and repairs on automated filling and inspection equipment
- Support investigations in relations to deviations
- Assess and update spare part list and ensure correct spare part in stock
- Participate in updating of procedures and maintenance plans
- Collaborate with external service suppliers
Qualifications/Skills
You, as the ideal candidate has/are:
- An educational background as an electrician, machine fitter, auto mechanic or equivalent.
- Previous experience with maintenance and interaction with ASP on a filling line.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience with troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on pharmaceutical production equipment
- GMP knowledge
- An eye for both the theoretical and practical sides of an issue/task and solving the issue while ensuring proper documentation of the solution.
- Taking pride in being customer focused, having Genki (enthusiasm) and pushing towards tomorrow’s technical solutions.

The Technical Operations and Maintenance (TOM) department is a group of +120 skilled employees dedicated to operating, maintaining, and optimizing a range of essential systems and equipment site wide. Their expertise spans across HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), utilities management, calibration, and comprehensive maintenance activities. All to ensure smooth operations across FDBD. TOM plays a crucial role in supporting the overall functionality and efficiency of FDBD, applying their technical knowledge to keep all systems running smoothly and efficiently.
