You will be part of a small but crucial team of five dedicated technicians. Our filling team plays a vital role in the final steps of our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety before reaching our customers. Your Responsibilities

The team is part of the Microbial Manufacturing Department, and the main task is bulk filling operations in class A as well as freezing and storage of filled API.

  • Plan and prepare filling activities and execute the filling process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitoring the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Review Manufacturing Process Records, Logbooks, and Facility Monitoring Systems.
  • Collaborating with the team to optimize production process.
  • Work with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Warehouse and other stakeholders to optimize production processes and resolve issues.

Knowledge and competences

The ideal candidate has the following experience and competencies:

  • GMP experience in the bio-pharmaceutical industry, is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent collaboration- and communication skills.
  • Is flexible and open for last minute change.
  • Fluent in writing and speaking English.

Working hours and availability.
As we are the final step in the production process, flexibility is essential. We operate during regular daytime hours on weekdays, but you must be prepared to work evenings and weekends as needed to ensure timely production.
