QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently enrolled in MS university program for Electrical Engineering
- Focus on microwave technology or semiconductor devices
- Good knowledge of RF theory and measurements
- Team player in an international work environment
- Experience with RF/Microwave simulation tools is necessary
- Very good English language skills, German language is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Simulation and design of high frequency components specifically the development of BAW filtering components used in state-of-the-art wireless RF applications.
- Contribute to the integration of acoustic filters into complex modules using circuit and 3D electromagnetic simulations
- Perform acoustic, electromagnetic (EM) and thermal simulations using a combination of commercially available tools as well as Qorvo’s state-of-the-art internally developed tools and provide final device layout to support photomask set creation.
- Characterization and design verification of acoustic filters including S-Parameters.
- Documentation and presentation of results
